Splendor Penthouse #503

Stunning views and a clean house with perfection. My family of 5 with 3 teenagers had an amazing week in this place. We didn’t want to leave..and couldn’t get enough of 360 surrounding views where we can appreciate sunset and sunrise every single day on our own terrace. Worth every penny!

WOW! What a beautiful penthouse in a gorgeous location. Spectacular views from every window and balcony. Tasteful and comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for our family (5 adults). Close to great restaurants, fishing, beach and golf. We were glad we rented our own golf cart for flexibility in getting around. It’s quite a walk back uphill from Playa Flamingo but doable. The gym was nice. The only downside was extremely poor communication from the host agency. No record of our reservation and we were left outside the gate with our luggage in the heat. Air BNB support assisted on this and a couple of other issues prior to and during our stay. Be prepared to have to go through this local managing transport with onsite concierge to verify all details of pickups, transports, etc and that became a bit of a hassle. Other than that, loved this place and had a fabulous vacation.

Regarding the communication, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced upon arrival and would like to provide some additional context. Your request for an early check-in, submitted the day before arrival, unfortunately did not receive a response from our team, and we take full responsibility for that oversight. At the same time, we'd like to clarify that our standard check-in time is 3:00 PM, and early access must be confirmed in advance. Since your group arrived more than an hour before the scheduled check-in time without receiving confirmation, the property was not yet ready for access.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and guest experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

The condo was beautiful and perfect for our group. The views were breathtaking. Odiney, the house mom, was absolutely fantastic, incredibly hard working and kind. She made breakfast for us daily, always made sure we had clean pool/beach towels, freshly made beds and pristinely clean bathrooms. The onsite concierge was helpful booking excursions and the host we communicated with prior to arriving helped coordinate a lovely dinner with a private chef. Overall, our vacation was perfect!

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and elegance of the home it truly felt like our own private luxury retreat. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, creating a serene and upscale atmosphere throughout. The private terrace was absolutely magnificent and easily one of the highlights of our stay. The views were simply breathtaking perfect for both peaceful mornings and stunning sunset evenings. It felt like a dream!
Tomas was exceptional as our concierge, providing top-tier service and ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless and enjoyable. Our home manager was equally phenomenal she kept the home immaculate and went above and beyond by preparing delicious, beautifully presented breakfasts and snacks each morning. It truly felt like a five-star experience. This was an unforgettable getaway, and we cannot recommend this property highly enough.

This condo is fantastic. The views are ridiculous, the balconies are amazing and the sunset was always perfect. The cleaning staff was fantastic and the shuttle driver was great. Everything was just far enough away that you could walk if you desired but the shuttle made it amazing. Such a great location. The amenities are perfect. The hot tub did not work on the terrace but there were plenty of other things to do. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

Beautiful spot and beautiful home! The unit was spacious and clean. The furniture and appliances were top notch. There were so many different places to spend time outside. The unit had views in every direction from what seemed like the highest point in the area. Of course, that comes with the downside of quite the hike up to the building! We were happy once we were able to sort out the golf cart shuttle. Every hour on the hour you can schedule a ride to the beach, marina or grocery store at the bottom of the hill or back up. You simply contact the on-site manager via What's App to schedule the rides. He certainly tries to be accommodating. Our only frustration came with communication with Stay in Tamarindo (SWT) who manages this unit. SWT is not on site and never stopped by to check in which surprised me given this is a high end unit. A visit could have answered some of our questions about the unit. Also, I had to hunt down how to get in the unit since SWT did not respond.

We had a wonderful time here! The staff at the condo made our stay extra easy and were super helpful with all of our requests and transportation/excursion needs. They were the standouts, making our stay extra special.
The online communication was over 24 hrs to respond at times, which made it difficult to plan our arrival, but it all worked out in the end. Pura Vida!
